Findings from the survey
Empretecos 2023

Empretec is a before and after ” – this phrase is easy to read, but it is lived and felt intensely by every entrepreneur who decides to be part of this program.

During 2023, we managed to carry out seven workshops in areas such as the Brunca Region, the Chorotega Region, Cartago, Heredia and San José with the participation of entrepreneurial people who own businesses with nascent ideas and low levels of formality, up to business owners in the maturity phase, formalized and with a robust organizational structure.

Those who have experienced Empretec describe it as an evolution, change, challenge and effort, which is why at CELIEM we are proud of this entrepreneurial transformation created by each of the people who decide to experience this workshop with the goal of improving their behavior and their businesses.

I have taken many courses because my company is now at another level of maturity, and it gives me goosebumps to say that this has been one of the best courses I have taken in my life as an entrepreneur. I have taken courses from Incae, audits and other processes in the company, but this course made me become an entrepreneur again. During this workshop it was wonderful to discover where we went wrong, and I tell the entrepreneurs who decided to be part of this program that they are receiving a business foundation that is worth gold, because I have had to live through these teachings with pain during the 15 years of my business."
